Allison is the Firm Administrator at Mickey Keenan, P.A., where she plays a vital role in keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes. With over five years at the firm and a seat on the Executive Management Team, Allison ensures that the systems and software our staff rely on are working at full potential—ultimately helping us deliver better results for our clients.

Originally from New York, Allison moved to Florida nearly 20 years ago and has been part of the legal world ever since. Her previous experience at GEICO gave her deep insight into legal workflows and case timelines, which now guides how she supports the team’s efficiency and case management.

Allison specializes in technology and process improvement. She manages the back end of our CRM and legal software systems, using tools like Microsoft Office to stay organized and effective. For her, the most rewarding part of the job is creating solutions that make her team’s day easier and more productive.

Outside the office, Allison enjoys weekends at the beach, camping trips, and cheering on her kids at travel baseball and softball games. She’s also a proud pet mom to a Boston Terrier and two Holland Lop bunnies, and once upon a time—she played the violin!
