Caitlin is the Director of Marketing & Business Development at Mickey Keenan, P.A. In this role, she leads efforts to strengthen the firm’s presence throughout Tampa Bay and build lasting community relationships. For Caitlin, great marketing starts with people. Above all, she believes genuine connections create the strongest foundation for growth.

Born and raised in Tampa, Caitlin has deep roots in the community she now represents. She attended the University of South Florida and built her career around connecting with others. However, her relationship-first approach started long before her professional career. Growing up, her parents taught her to treat people with kindness, build meaningful relationships, and offer help whenever possible. Today, those lessons continue to shape her approach to marketing and business development.

As a result, Caitlin puts relationships at the center of her work. She takes time to learn about referral partners beyond business. For example, she remembers families, birthdays, milestones, and the small details that turn professional connections into meaningful relationships. Most importantly, she follows up and stays connected.

When representing Mickey Keenan, P.A., Caitlin focuses on what makes the firm different. Specifically, she wants community partners to know the MKPA team remains accessible and ready to help. Additionally, she takes pride in sharing the firm’s commitment to personal service, helpful guidance, and direct attorney communication.

Beyond building partnerships, Caitlin believes staying involved in Tampa Bay makes both businesses and communities stronger. For her, community involvement is also personal. Helping others keeps her energized and excited to find new ways to make an impact.

Outside of work, Caitlin stays just as active. She enjoys cycling, baseball, football, movies, and reading. Still, some of her favorite time is spent with her kids, affectionately known as her “Smurfs.” According to them, she may even be a pretty cool mom.
