Michelle Rimes
Case Manager
Michelle is a Case Manager at Mickey Keenan, P.A., where she guides personal injury clients through each stage of their case. With 15 years of experience in the legal field, she understands how overwhelming the process can feel. She works to make it easier through clear communication, dependable follow-up, and genuine care.
A Tampa Bay native, Michelle was born at MacDill Air Force Base and grew up in Riverview, Florida. She attended East Bay High School and Riverview High School before continuing her education at Hillsborough Community College. Over the years, Michelle built her legal experience at personal injury law firms throughout the Tampa Bay area. She also had the opportunity to learn from an experienced insurance adjuster who later became an attorney. That perspective gave her valuable insight into how personal injury claims are handled from different sides.
Today, Michelle uses that experience to anticipate what clients may need throughout their case. She listens carefully, answers questions, and often addresses concerns clients may not know to ask about yet. Additionally, she makes herself available and follows through when clients need answers. For Michelle, helping someone make the best of a difficult situation makes the work especially rewarding.
Empathy and compassion shape the way Michelle approaches every client relationship. However, she also knows that caring must come with action. Her commitment to following up and following through helps clients feel informed and supported during an unfamiliar process.
Outside of work, Michelle loves exploring Florida State Parks. In fact, she has already visited nearly half of the state’s 176 parks. She is also an avid reader and spends plenty of time with her boyfriend, one dog, and four cats. Most importantly, she enjoys catching up with her son, who is stationed in Norfolk, Virginia.
Michelle brings experience, compassion, and consistency to Mickey Keenan, P.A. By listening closely and staying one step ahead, she helps clients feel they have someone in their corner throughout their personal injury case.
