Janet Castro

Janet is a Client Experience Specialist at Mickey Keenan, P.A., where she helps create a supportive and welcoming experience from the moment someone reaches out to the firm. She listens carefully, gathers important information, answers questions, and helps potential clients understand what comes next.

Before transitioning into this role, Janet served as the firm’s Client Satisfaction Specialist. That experience gave her valuable insight into what clients need throughout a personal injury case. She understands how communication, responsiveness, and trust can shape the entire client experience. Today, she brings that perspective to the beginning of the process.

Janet knows that contacting a personal injury law firm often happens during a stressful and uncertain time. She focuses on making those first conversations feel clear and comfortable. She takes time to understand each person’s situation, asks thoughtful questions, and helps connect them with the appropriate resources and members of the Mickey Keenan, P.A. team.

Her professional background also includes sales, people management, and project management. These experiences strengthened her ability to communicate with different personalities, manage important details, and solve problems efficiently. Janet approaches each interaction with empathy and confidence while staying focused on what the individual needs.

Originally from Boston, Massachusetts, Janet moved to Florida to be closer to family. She earned her undergraduate degree from Salem State University and later earned a Master’s degree in Project Management from Colorado Technical University. Her education and professional experience have shaped her organized, proactive approach to helping people.

For Janet, great service starts with commitment. She believes clients should feel heard, valued, and confident that someone is paying attention to their concerns. As a Client Experience Specialist, she helps set that standard from the very first interaction with the firm.

Outside of work, Janet enjoys music, theatre, and discovering new restaurants. She also serves as a Worship Team Member at Radiant Church. Her passion for the arts extends back to Boston, where she co-founded a nonprofit community theatre nearly a decade ago. The organization continues to serve its community today.
