Taylor Strauss

Taylor is a Case Manager Assistant at Mickey Keenan, P.A. In her role, she supports both clients and the legal team as cases move forward. She helps keep everything organized and on track, while making sure clients continue to feel informed and supported throughout the process.

She brings strong communication skills and a natural sense of empathy to her work. Because of this, she connects easily with clients and helps create a calm, reassuring experience. She understands that the process can feel overwhelming, so she approaches every interaction with patience and care.

Before stepping into this role, Taylor served as the firm’s Intake Specialist. In that position, she was often the first point of contact for new clients. She guided them through the early stages of their case and helped them feel confident from the start. In addition, she previously worked as the firm’s Client Satisfaction Specialist, where she followed up with clients and made sure they felt heard every step of the way. Because of this experience, she brings a well-rounded understanding of the client journey.

Taylor also has a strong eye for organization. She uses multiple tools to track follow-ups, manage tasks, and stay ahead of deadlines. As a result, she helps keep cases moving smoothly for both clients and attorneys.

Outside of work, Taylor enjoys reading a variety of genres and watching true crime documentaries. These interests fuel her curiosity and attention to detail, which she brings into her work each day.
