Bruce Kleinberg

Bruce Kleinberg is a board-certified civil trial attorney with over 34 years of experience in personal injury law. Certified by the Florida Bar since 1999, he is recognized as an expert in his field, a distinction held by fewer than 6% of Florida attorneys. Over the years, he has tried more than 60 jury trials to verdict, proving his dedication to fighting for injury victims.

Bruce began his career in law enforcement, serving as a patrol officer in Sarasota. After law school, he became an Assistant State Attorney in Hillsborough County, where he gained hands-on courtroom experience. His background in both law enforcement and prosecution gave him a strong foundation in advocacy. Now, he applies those skills to personal injury law, ensuring every client receives the justice they deserve.

Beyond his legal career, Bruce has also served in the military and medical fields. He was a paratrooper in the Israeli Defense Forces, a combat veteran, and later a Captain in the United States Army Reserve. He earned his commission through the direct recommendation of General Norman Schwarzkopf. While practicing law full-time, Bruce pursued his passion for medicine. In 2014, he earned his M.D., a rare achievement for a board-certified injury attorney. His medical knowledge gives him unique insight into the injuries his clients face.

Outside of work, Bruce stays active by running early every morning and lifting weights several times a week. His dedication to discipline and growth extends beyond his career and influences his approach to advocacy.
