Bruce Kleinberg

Personal Injury Attorney

Bruce Kleinberg

Bruce Kleinberg has been practicing injury law for over 34 years. He has been certified by the Florida Bar since 1999 as an expert in civil trial law. Less than 6% of all lawyers in Florida are board certified. Board certified lawyers must meet very high standards both in the courtroom and out. In addition to being board certified, Bruce has tried over 60 jury trials to verdict.

Bruce has done community-based law beginning with service as a patrol officer in Sarasota. After law school, Bruce began his legal career as an assistant state attorney in Hillsborough County. As both a police officer and an ASA, Bruce gained valuable experience in working with people within the criminal justice system.

In addition to his legal career, Bruce also proudly served as a paratrooper in the Israeli Defense forces and is a combat veteran and served his country as a Captain in the United States Army Reserve. Bruce received his commission on the direct recommendation of General Norman Schwarzkopf.

While working full time as lawyer, Bruce went to medical school and received his M.D. degree in 2014. Although the Florida Bar does not keep records on the subject, it is believed that Bruce is the first practicing board certified injury attorney to have successfully earned an M.D. degree.
