Siomara Roldan

Siomara brings over a decade of personal injury experience to Mickey Keenan, P.A. She began her career after earning her Medical Assistant degree from Sanford Brown Institute. There, she built a strong foundation in medical terminology. In 2014, she stepped into a case manager role and quickly found her passion for helping people through difficult situations. Since then, she has remained dedicated to personal injury work.

Originally from New Britain, Connecticut, Siomara has lived in Florida for the past 20 years. In addition, her Puerto Rican heritage plays a big role in her life. Because of that, she makes it a priority to visit family on the island whenever she can.

As an Intake Specialist, Siomara sets the tone for each client’s experience. From the first call, she leads with empathy and confidence. She listens closely and confirms every detail. She also explains the process in a clear, simple way. Most importantly, she responds quickly so clients feel supported and comfortable reaching out.

Her case management background gives her an advantage. For example, she has worked on cases from start to finish. This includes drafting demands, preparing complaints, and helping resolve settlements. As a result, she knows what needs to happen early to keep a case moving and avoid delays.

What she enjoys most is helping clients feel relief right away. Whether it’s getting someone into a rental or connecting them with medical care, she focuses on making life easier from the start.

Outside of work, Siomara stays busy with her four kids and a full house of pets. In fact, she has two cats, three dogs, a bird, chickens, and guinea pigs. On weekends, she spends time outdoors with her family. You’ll often find them at the beach, a spring park, or hosting a cookout.
