Natalie brings over 20 years of customer service experience to her role as the Receptionist at Mickey Keenan, P.A. She greets clients warmly and ensures their interactions with the firm are professional and seamless. With her strong organizational skills and attention to detail, she maintains clear communication between clients and the legal team.

As a proud Gold Star Spouse, Natalie deeply understands the challenges that military families face. This connection aligns perfectly with the firm’s mission to support veterans and their loved ones. Moreover, she takes pride in fostering a welcoming environment for both clients and her colleagues.

Before joining Mickey Keenan, P.A., Natalie built an impressive leadership background. For instance, she worked as a Store Manager at Publix Supermarkets, where she also served on the Board of Directors for the United Way. After retiring from Publix, she transitioned into social services, spending four years helping individuals enter the workforce. These roles sharpened her ability to anticipate needs, solve problems, and deliver exceptional service in any situation.

Outside of work, Natalie channels her energy into a variety of activities. For example, she enjoys playing beach volleyball, dancing, and strength training. As a certified dance instructor, she teaches Zumba, Hip Hop Dance Fitness, and Contemporary Dance. Additionally, in her downtime, she loves reading, listening to podcasts, and spending time with her two daughters, Brianna and Savannah.
