Joseph Dixon

Joseph Dixon is a Closing Assistant at Mickey Keenan, P.A., where he brings energy, organization, and a keen attention to detail to every case he helps finalize. With both a B.S. and M.S. in Criminology and Criminal Justice from the University of Tampa, Joseph has a strong foundation in legal systems and an eye for structure—skills that help him thrive in the final stages of a case.

Originally from Massachusetts, Joseph moved to Florida in 2020 for school and quickly found his home in Tampa. Before joining the firm, he worked in several law offices, climbing from part-time receptionist to legal assistant, and eventually paralegal. That hands-on experience, paired with his academic background, allows him to see the big picture while managing the smallest of details.

Joseph is known for his strong time management and commitment to staying organized. Whether it’s keeping detailed calendars or building task lists, he makes sure nothing slips through the cracks. He enjoys following cases from beginning to end and takes pride in helping clients close with confidence and clarity.

Outside of work, Joseph enjoys quiet mornings, long walks, and reading by the pool. He finds balance in spending time with loved ones and unplugging from screens whenever he can. At home, his cat Ollie keeps him company and adds a little personality to the daily routine.
