Janet Castro

Janet is the Client Satisfaction Specialist at Mickey Keenan, P.A., where she works to ensure every client feels supported and valued. She focuses on creating strong connections, addressing concerns quickly, and making each interaction as smooth as possible. With a background in sales, people management, and project management, she knows how to listen, ask the right questions, and deliver a positive experience.

Originally from Boston, Massachusetts, Janet moved to Florida seven years ago to be closer to family. She earned her undergraduate degree from Salem State University and a Master’s in Project Management from Colorado Technical University. Her experience has given her the tools to handle challenges with empathy and confidence, while building meaningful relationships with clients and referral partners.

Janet believes commitment is the key to great service. She prioritizes client needs, communicates clearly, and ensures every step of their journey reflects the firm’s mission to help people. By staying proactive, she connects clients with the right resources and supports the team in delivering exceptional results.

Outside of work, Janet’s passion for the arts shines through. She enjoys music, theatre, and exploring new restaurants. On weekends, she serves as a Worship Team Member at Radiant Church, blending her creativity with her dedication to the community. Many are surprised to learn she co-founded a nonprofit community theatre in Boston nearly a decade ago—an organization that still thrives today.
