Scot Seplowe

Born and raised in Palm Harbor, FL, Scot is passionate about helping his neighbors during their times of greatest need. His journey to becoming a personal injury attorney started with a deeply personal experience. After seeing how his mother’s injury and legal case impacted his family financially and emotionally, Scot committed himself to advocating for others. Thanks to her attorneys, his mother recovered the compensation she needed to rebuild her life. That moment shaped Scot’s belief that injured individuals deserve justice, respect, and personalized care.

Scot earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Florida before obtaining his law degree from Florida State University College of Law. He is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. Additionally, he is an active member of the Hillsborough County Bar Association, Florida Bar, Florida Justice Association, and Tampa Bay Trial Lawyers Association. Beyond his legal work, Scot also serves as a nonprofit advisory board member for Gulfcoast Family Services, reflecting his commitment to community service.

Before joining Mickey Keenan, P.A., Scot spent years working at large personal injury law firms in the Tampa Bay area. During this time, he secured tens of millions of dollars in compensation for his clients. Earlier in his career, Scot worked as a campaign attorney and strategist, sharpening his advocacy and problem-solving skills. He now applies that experience to fight for injury victims and achieve the best possible results. Scot approaches every case with the mindset that “every client is a cause worth fighting for.” He treats each case with care, effort, and determination.
