Palmetto crash on I-75 SB near MM 227 blocks traffic

PALMETTO, FL – A Thursday morning collision on the southbound side of I-75 before mile marker 227 blocked the left lane of traffic in Ellenton, reports FL511 Tampa Bay.

The incident happened around 7:01 a.m. just north of Mendoza Road. It’s unclear at this time if crews have been able to clear the scene and re-open the left lane.
