TAMPA, FL – A man has been charged with DUI in a crash that killed two people on the Courtney Campbell Causeway last month, WFLA reports.
The fatal incident happened at about 3:40 a.m. on April 13. Police say that Joshua Roelofs, 33, was traveling at more than 100 mph when he rear-ended a 2005 Kia Sorento. The Sorento overturned, causing all four of its occupants to be ejected.

Police arrested Roelofs this weekend. He has been charged with two counts of DUI manslaughter and two counts of DUI serious bodily injury.
