News: Collision causes rush-hour delays on I-275 in downtown Tampa

TAMPA, FL – Rush-hour commuters in downtown Tampa were faced with major delays following a crash on I-275 this morning.

According to a report by Tampa Bay Traffic, the incident happened in the southbound lanes of the interstate shortly before 6:40 a.m.

The cause of the crash remains unclear at this time. However, photos from the scene show at else two vehicles crashed into the median with front end damages.

We do not know at this time if anyone was injured in the crash. However, an ambulance was called to the scene.
