TAMPA, FL – A multi-car crash on I-275 along the Howard Frankland Bridge injured four people and delayed traffic on Tuesday, reports 10 Tampa Bay.
Police say the accident included seven vehicles colliding in a chain reaction, which started when the driver of a Nissan Altima swerved into the middle lane of N I-275 and hit a Chevy Tahoe. Five other vehicles then became involved in the crash, including an F-150 pickup truck.
Authorities say the reported injuries from the crash were not severe.
The Florida Highway Patrol continues to investigate the incident.
