Man crashes into building on Dale Mabry Highway

TAMPA, FL – Police arrested a man on several counts after he intentionally drove his SUV through the front of a Tampa business on Tuesday morning, reports Tampa.Gov.

The incident happened around 8 a.m. at 3201 S Dale Mabry Highway, which is in the Virginia Park area of Tampa.

The investigation indicates that 31-year-old Pavel Alex Terentev drove his blue GMC SUV into the front window of a local business while attempting to hit his girlfriend with the vehicle.

The business was closed at the time of the collision, and no injuries have been reported.

Police arrested Terentev on charges that include felony criminal mischief, damage to a building, battery, and aggravated assault.

The investigation is ongoing.
