Early-morning crash blocks express lanes on Veterans Expy.

TAMPA, FL – An early-morning wreck in northwest Tampa caused major delays on the Veterans Expressway today.

According to Tampa Bay Traffic, the crash happened at about 6:37 a.m. just south of the Linebaugh Avenue overpass.

Few details concerning the crash are available at this time. However, the express lanes were blocked for some time afterward while crews worked to clear the roadway.
